Energy of Balance: Integrating Yoga + Acupuncture

Join licensed acupuncturist and yoga instructor Kelly Luby for an inspiring exploration of the deep connections between Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Yoga. Discover how these two ancient systems share a profound understanding of energy, balance, and wholeness through the parallels of meridians and nadis, chakras and acupoints, and qi and prana.

Kelly will guide you in understanding how both practices move energy through the body to restore harmony, release stagnation, calm the mind, and open pathways for healing. Following the discussion, enjoy a community-style mini acupuncture session designed to support stress relief, grounding, and overall well-being.

This workshop offers a nurturing environment to slow down, reconnect, and experience your body’s natural flow of energy in a deeply restorative way.
